What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing that you are free to move in e.g. a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms/shorts. A jumper and socks are useful for keeping warm during relaxation at the end of a class.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. All equipment you need will be provided.
Do I need to book?
All of Ann’s classes are on a drop-in basis to offer as much flexibility as possible and to take the stress out of attending a yoga class! Other classes require pre-booking - please contact the teacher w=using the details provided on the timetable.
I’ve never tried yoga before is that ok?
Yes. Most classes are suitable for beginners. If in any doubt then please contact the teacher using the details provided.
