Places are limited in this class so booking is essential.
This class can become an oasis in your busy life in which to unwind, pay attention to yourself and focus positively on being pregnant, under the guidance of a very experienced specialist teacher. We practise very slowly and gently in ways that are safe and appropriate for the pregnant body, and the class should present no difficulty to the beginner. You can join the class at any time after the 13th week of pregnancy.
