Yoga with

Ann Wyatt

All of my classes are suitable for students with varying levels of experience from those new to yoga, coming back to yoga after a break or more experienced students.

A typical class will start with a short period of time to settle into the space and calm the body and mind ready for practice. We will then warm up before practicing yoga postures with a natural progression from one movement to the next. We finish with restorative postures and time for relaxation and reflection.

Each class will incorporate some pranayama (breathing techniques), asana practice (yoga postures) and relaxation. We will usually include several rounds of sun salutations typically at the start of the class to assist with warming up the body.
