I also offer one-to-one yoga sessions, a great way to receive focused yoga teaching which can be tailored to address your specific requirements. A session can be used to create an individual programme, to explore aspects of yoga such as breathing and relaxation techniques or to support a regular yoga practice.
A small group class or a one-to-one can also be a good introduction to yoga for beginners who may wish to explore the basics of practice before joining a regular class.
I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching for 5. I hold a Yoga Teacher Training Diploma from The Devon School of Yoga and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy. I am a member of the Independent Yoga Network and the UK Yoga Alliance.
